  • 1 ½ lbs sirloin or ribeye steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 12 oz rigatoni pasta
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 ½ cups heavy cream
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp Cajun seasoning, optional
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • ½ tsp Italian seasoning


Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add steak bites seasoned with salt, pepper, and optional Cajun seasoning. Sear until browned (3-4 minutes).
  2. Lower the heat, add 2 tbsp butter and minced garlic. Sauté until fragrant.
  3. In a pot of boiling salted water, cook rigatoni until al dente; drain and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, mix heavy cream and whole milk over low heat. Stir in mozzarella until melted.
  5. Combine rigatoni with the creamy sauce and add steak bites. Toss to coat thoroughly.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
