- 1 ½ lbs sirloin or ribeye steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 12 oz rigatoni pasta
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 ½ cups heavy cream
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp Cajun seasoning, optional
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- ½ tsp Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add steak bites seasoned with salt, pepper, and optional Cajun seasoning. Sear until browned (3-4 minutes).
- Lower the heat, add 2 tbsp butter and minced garlic. Sauté until fragrant.
- In a pot of boiling salted water, cook rigatoni until al dente; drain and set aside.
- In the same skillet, mix heavy cream and whole milk over low heat. Stir in mozzarella until melted.
- Combine rigatoni with the creamy sauce and add steak bites. Toss to coat thoroughly.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
