Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
- 3 medium potatoes, peeled and cubed

- 2 tbsp butter
- Salt and pepper to taste

- Heat olive oil and butter in a skillet over medium heat. Season chicken breasts with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Cook for 6–7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from skillet.
- In the same skillet, add more olive oil if needed, then sauté onions, peppers, mushrooms, and minced garlic until softened (5–7 minutes).
