  • 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 teaspoons Cajun seasoning
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 8 ounces mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese


Instructions

  1. 1. Cook the spaghetti in salted boiling water according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. 2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chicken pieces, seasoning with salt, pepper, Cajun seasoning, and cook until golden brown (about 7–10 minutes). Remove from skillet.
  3. 3. In the same skillet, melt butter over medium-low heat and sauté minced garlic until fragrant (about 1 minute). Add heavy cream and chicken broth; mix well.
  4. 4. Stir in softened cream cheese until melted. Gradually add mozzarella cheese until smooth.
