  • 1 ½ lb boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 5 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 5 cloves garlic
  • ¾ cup chicken broth
  • 1 ¾ cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  3. In the same skillet, melt remaining butter over medium heat. Whisk in flour until smooth; add chicken broth gradually while stirring until thickened.
  4. Stir in heavy cream and let simmer for about 3 minutes before adding Parmesan cheese until melted.
