  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 8 ounces Velveeta cheese, cubed
  • 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup heavy cream


Instructions

  1. Cook the bowtie pasta in a large pot of salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, heat butter and olive oil over medium heat. Add chicken seasoned with Cajun seasoning, cooking until golden brown (5-7 minutes).
  3. Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for about 30 seconds. Stir in Velveeta cheese, cream cheese, heavy cream, and remaining butter until melted.
  4. Combine the cooked pasta with the sauce in the skillet and toss gently to coat.
