- 2 pounds ground turkey

- 3-4 garlic cloves

- 24 ounces salsa verde
- 2 cups low-sodium chicken broth
- 2 cans (15 ounces each) white beans
Instructions

- Return turkey to the pot. Add bay leaf, salsa verde, diced green chiles, and chicken broth. Simmer uncovered for approximately 45 minutes.
