  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter

  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 12 ounces melting chocolate (for coating)
  • Flaky sea salt (for topping)


Instructions

  1. In a saucepan over low heat, combine sweetened condensed milk, caramel sauce, unsalted butter, and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth.
  2. Remove from heat and add semi-sweet chocolate chips, stirring until fully melted.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a parchment-lined tray and refrigerate for 1-2 hours until firm.
  4. Roll chilled fudge into small balls and place on a lined tray; chill again for 15 minutes.
  5. Melt the coating chocolate in a microwave or double boiler until smooth.
  6. Dip each ball into the melted chocolate and return them to parchment paper.
