- 1 can black beans (15 oz), drained and rinsed
- 1 can corn (15 oz), undrained
- 1 can Rotel tomatoes with green chilis (10 oz), undrained
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- 8 ounces cream cheese (block)
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- ½ cup water
Instructions
- Spray the bottom of the crockpot with nonstick cooking spray.
- Place chicken breasts in the crockpot.
- Add black beans, corn, Rotel tomatoes, ranch seasoning mix, ground cumin, chili powder, onion powder, and water; stir gently.
- Place cream cheese on top without stirring.
