  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon cold water


Instructions

  1. Unwrap the turkey breast while keeping the netting on and place it directly in your slow cooker.

  5. Skim off fat from the cooking liquid and transfer it to a saucepan. Mix cornstarch with cold water until smooth, then add it to the pan. Bring to a boil while whisking until thickened (about 1-2 minutes).
