  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 5 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 1/2 tsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup whole milk
  • 6 oz Velveeta cheese, cubed
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • Chopped parsley (optional)


Instructions

  1. Cook elbow macaroni in salted boiling water until tender; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, melt olive oil and butter; sauté garlic until fragrant. Add shredded chicken and seasonings; heat through.
  3. In the same skillet, melt remaining butter; stir in cream and cheeses until smooth.
  4. Combine cooked macaroni with the cheese sauce and chicken mixture; toss gently to coat.
  5. Serve hot with optional chopped parsley on top.
