- 12 oz rigatoni pasta

- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 5 cloves garlic, finely minced
- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
- ¾ cup chicken broth
- 1 ¾ cups heavy cream
- 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Cook the rigatoni in boiling salted water until al dente; reserve some pasta water before draining.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil and 2 tablespoons of butter over medium-high heat. Sauté seasoned chicken until golden brown, then set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt remaining butter and cook the minced garlic. Stir in flour, then slowly add chicken broth and cream until smooth.
