Ingredients
- 2 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter, divided
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1½ tsp Cajun seasoning

- Salt & black pepper, to taste
- ½ cup grated Parmesan, for chicken
- 1½ cups heavy cream
- ¾ cup low-sodium chicken broth
- ¾ cup grated Parmesan, for sauce
- ¾ cup shredded mozzarella
- 2 oz cream cheese, softened
- ½ tsp Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Cook linguine in salted boiling water according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil and 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat. Add sliced chicken seasoned with Cajun spices and cook until browned (5-7 minutes). Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt remaining butter, sauté minced garlic until fragrant, then add heavy cream and chicken broth. Stir to combine.
- Whisk in Parmesan, mozzarella, cream cheese, and Italian seasoning until smooth.
- Return chicken to skillet, add drained linguine, and toss gently. Adjust consistency with reserved pasta water if needed.
