  • 1 lb raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 1/2 tsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup whole milk
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 tsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder


Instructions

  1. Cook the fettuccine in a large pot of salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a wide skillet, melt olive oil and butter over medium-high heat. Add minced garlic and sauté briefly.
  3. Add shrimp to the skillet; season with Cajun seasoning, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook until pink and fully cooked through, then drizzle with lemon juice.
  4. In the same skillet, melt remaining butter and add heavy cream and milk slowly while stirring. Incorporate Parmesan cheese until smooth.
  5. Toss cooked fettuccine into the sauce, mixing thoroughly before folding in the shrimp.
