  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 ⅓ tbsp olive oil
  • 1 ⅓ tbsp butter
  • ⅔ tsp smoked paprika
  • ⅓ tsp black pepper
  • ⅓ tsp garlic powder
  • Salt to taste


Instructions

  1. Cook bowtie pasta in salted boiling water until just tender. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a mixing bowl, coat chicken cubes with olive oil, Cajun seasoning, smoked paprika, black pepper, and minced garlic.
  3. Heat butter in a skillet over medium-high heat; cook the seasoned chicken until golden brown and fully cooked. Set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, melt butter for the Alfredo sauce, whisk in flour for one minute, then gradually add milk and heavy cream while whisking until thickened.
  5. Stir in mozzarella cheese and garlic powder until melted into a smooth sauce. Adjust salt to taste.
  6. Add cooked pasta and chicken to the sauce; toss to combine thoroughly.
