Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon orange zest
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
  • 1 cup crushed graham crackers
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup orange-flavored candy coating or white chocolate

Instructions

  1. In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine heavy cream and white chocolate chips. Stir continuously until melted and smooth (3-5 minutes). Remove from heat.
  2. Stir in orange zest, vanilla extract, and orange juice. Let cool at room temperature for 15-20 minutes.
  3. Refrigerate the ganache for 1-2 hours until firm enough to scoop.
  4. Scoop out portions (about 1 inch) and roll into balls. Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  5. Chill again for another 30 minutes.
  6. Melt candy coating or white chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring until smooth. Dip each truffle using a fork, shaking off excess coating before placing back on the baking sheet. Garnish with extra orange zest if desired.
