  • ½ cup dried cranberries, chopped

  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme or 1 tablespoon fresh thyme
  • ½ cup chicken broth


Instructions

  2. In a skillet over medium heat, sauté garlic in olive oil until fragrant. Add spinach and cook until wilted. Remove from heat.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine sautéed spinach, cranberries, and brie cheese.
