  • ½ cup granulated sugar for coating
  • 3 tablespoons light brown sugar (packed) for coating
  • 1 ½ tablespoons ground cinnamon for coating


Instructions

  1. Activate the yeast by stirring warm milk and yeast; let sit until foamy (about 5 minutes).
  2. In a bowl, whisk together egg, melted butter, and vanilla.
  3. In a stand mixer, combine 3 cups flour, sugar, salt, and cinnamon.
