- 3 overripe mashed bananas
- 4 tablespoons melted vegan butter
- ¾ cup maple syrup
- 1 cup unsweetened almond or oat milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1½ teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 tablespoons cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 1½ cups all-purpose flour (regular or gluten-free)
- 1 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
- ⅓ cup light brown sugar
- ¾ cup powdered sugar
- 2 oz softened vegan cream cheese
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and generously grease a loaf pan.
- In a large bowl, mix together the mashed bananas, melted vegan butter, maple syrup, almond or oat milk, and vanilla until well blended.
- Add baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, flour, and oats to the wet mixture; stir gently until just combined.
