  • 3 tablespoons milk (almond or regular)
  • 1 egg
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt (full fat)
  • 3 tablespoons oil
  • 1 cup white whole wheat flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • ⅔ cup cocoa powder
  • ¼ teaspoon sea salt
  • ½ cup dark chocolate chips


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F.
  2. In a high-powered blender, combine milk, bananas, and spinach until mostly smooth.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a mixing bowl; add egg, sugar, vanilla, oil, and Greek yogurt. Stir until well mixed.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, cocoa powder, and sea salt. Gradually fold this dry mixture into the wet ingredients until just combined.
  5. Gently mix in dark chocolate chips.
