Instructions
- Prepare the cherries by draining and chopping them into bite-sized pieces. Pat dry with paper towels.
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
- In a stand mixer, cream together butter and cream cheese until fluffy. Gradually add sugar until pale and airy. Mix in egg, vanilla extract, almond extract, and reserved cherry juice.
