Instructions

  2. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked, breaking it apart as it cooks. Drain excess fat.
  3. Lower the heat and stir in marinara sauce, cubed Velveeta cheese, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well combined and heated through.
