  • 1 1/4 cups buttermilk


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8×4 inch bread pan.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine all-purpose flour, bread flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt; mix well.
  3. Stir in chopped basil, cubed mozzarella, and sun-dried tomatoes until evenly distributed.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, grape-seed oil (or olive oil), and buttermilk until smooth.
