  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 2 tsp. yellow mustard
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. onion powder
  • Salt and black pepper (to taste)
  • 1/3 cup light mayonnaise
  • 1/3 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup dill pickles (chopped)
  • 1.5 Tbsp. pickle juice
  • 8 cups shredded iceberg lettuce
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Chopped white onion
  • Pickles
  • Chopped red onion
  • Chopped tomato


Instructions

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef and onion until browned.
  2. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and mustard; mix well.
  3. For the special sauce, combine mayonnaise, ketchup, chopped pickles, and pickle juice in a bowl.
