  • 12 oz bowtie (farfalle) pasta
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons garlic butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 4 oz Velveeta cheese, cubed
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)


Instructions

  1. Cook the bowtie pasta in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Season beef with salt, pepper, onion powder, and smoked paprika. Sear for 3–4 minutes per side until golden brown; remove from skillet.
  3. In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium and melt garlic butter while scraping up browned bits.
  4. Stir in beef broth and simmer for 2 minutes before adding heavy cream.
  5. Mix in Velveeta cheese until melted; then add cheddar, mozzarella, and Parmesan until creamy.
  6. Fold in cooked pasta and seared beef until well combined.
  7. Serve hot with optional parsley garnish.
