Ingredients

  • 1 ripe avocado, sliced
  • 45 cherry tomatoes
  • 1 cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 45 green olives
  • 34 small cubes of feta cheese
  • Salt & freshly cracked black pepper
  • Optional: red chili flakes
  • Optional: olive oil drizzle

  1. Boil the eggs in a saucepan of water for 6-7 minutes to achieve jammy yolks. Cool under cold water, peel, and halve.
  2. While the eggs boil, slice the avocado, thinly slice the cucumber, and halve the cherry tomatoes.
  3. Assemble the plate by arranging avocado slices, halved eggs, feta cubes, olives, cherry tomatoes, and cucumber in an appealing manner.
