Description

Agua de Fresa is a creamy and refreshing strawberry drink that perfectly captures the essence of summer. This delightful beverage blends fresh strawberries with evaporated and condensed milk, resulting in a sweet, indulgent treat that’s perfect for warm days or any gathering. Serve it chilled over ice, garnished with fresh strawberries for an extra touch of elegance.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb fresh strawberries (hulled)
  • 1 12 oz can evaporated milk
  • ½ cup condensed milk
  • 6 cups water
  • Ice cubes and sliced strawberries for serving

Instructions

  1. Blend the hulled strawberries with 2 cups of water on high speed until pureed (about 1-2 minutes).
  2. Strain the mixture into a large pitcher if you prefer a smoother texture; otherwise, pour directly.
  3. Add the evaporated milk and condensed milk to the pitcher, then stir in the remaining 4 cups of water.
  4. Taste and adjust sweetness by adding more condensed milk or sugar as desired.
  5. Serve over ice with additional strawberry slices for garnish.
